  Raissa Ibrahim
  Rude receptionist called on 3/05/18. Just moved to this surgery. Called at 8.32 to book appointments as it seems to be book on the day for the gp. At 8.32 was advised all appointments had gone to people walking in and booking (in teo minutes of line opening) Now need to call at 2.30 and was told for today and tomorrow and future not likely to have any double appointments. Only single slots. No advance bookings or online option offered. Really abrupt and not empatbetic at all. Kind of wish i had not moved.
